Our X4
Thought I would share my X4 with the forum! It's fitted with 20" Hamann wheels and has been lowered approx 35mm using H&R sport springs. Let me know your thoughts.

Congratulations! Attaced are my lowered (H&R).
Have you checked wheelalignment - I did not. No problems after 6 months. Beware: you have less travel before hitting bumpstops - I know some of your roads are bad. Positves? Negatives? |

Looks great, EMJ! Your X4 might be a great candidate for the X4 M striping I have seen. And the CF spoiler. I am not usually for those things but it looks great on white.

Wheel alignment all done and no issues. I live in the city so roads are pretty good but figured there would be less room for error with the lowered springs. Im running non run flats on the rims so comfort is maybe a little better than if i had run flats. Love the look of the car with the lowered springs and it handles the corners really well. Cant think of too many negatives although with adding the front carbon fibre spoiler, front end clearance exiting drive ways is sometimes a worry....... |

I have fitted quite a few M Performance options and of course have the 3D Design Carbon front spoiler but really enjoy the clean lines of the rear so won't option the rear spoiler or side stripes. My previous car was the Mini Countryman JCW so bit over all the stripes!! EMJ has H&R springs - same as I.
You have my input on: Lowered X4 below on the page. You also have Richies input/pictures from his airride on:X4 35d- Switzerland, just after my input. |

I love the front lip spoiler. It really suits the car and finishes of that front end look! I could only wish to have the air ride system you have in your X4. Very uncommon here in Australia. Your X4 certainly has the wow factor! |

Thanks for your comments! M Performance Carbon Trim was around $2,000. I can't comment on the install price as it was included in a larger job when everything else was being fitted. Looks awesome and far more sporty than any of the factory trims. I've included some pics below! |

I've popped a photo of the tips for you. They don't show themselves very well being black but hope this shows you a little more. I was able to order them through my Dealer. |

Any part numbers and what model X4 do you have? Mines the 35i and cant see a way of these tips fitting mine without the exhaust tips showing. The current trims roll around the outside edge to disguise that. Yours appear single wall tips so did they cut the old ones off ? |
