I rented an M4 to drive around Germany and got smoked by a Range Rover Supercharged. So yeah, add another to that list.

I had a buddy in high school who's parents had one of the Taurus SHO wagons, that car was awesome. I think that's where I got my early love for finding performance in unusual places.

My very first car I began modifying was a 93 FORD Taurus SHO, it was a marine racing engine shoe-horned into a soft jelly bean of chassis. LOL Conana O'Brien had one too!

I am older than most who want this vehicle for their family. My daughter is >30 yo.

The x3M (non-Comp) is more comfortable than and as fast as my M240i (yes, as fast as an M240i).

The X3M is not as raw as the 135i (best car I've ever owned), but rides about the same, is faster, and is a great substitute.
As fast? Lol the X3M is a full second faster to 60. It destroys the m240i
