(GONE) Lease transfer 2018 X3 M40i ($3k offer)

Hi all, I'm seriously considering getting out of this BMWFS lease - testing the water right now, please PM if you have any questions or are interested. I'm working from home and not really driving it much.

It is a dark graphite metallic X3 m40i, with black vernasca seats. It is in great condition, and has virtually all options except wireless charging/office and ventilated seats.

Monthly (excluding sales tax): $802
MSRP: $67.8K
Buy-out at the end of lease: $40K
Terms: 36 months/10K miles
Maturity: April 27, 2021
Current mileage: 9954
Mileage left: 20K
Location: San Diego, CA

I would probably only consider transferring to someone not too far away, to be able to meet in person.

I'm considering to offer $3K for taking over this lease. The lease does not have a security deposit. Feel free to make me an offer.

Tires are Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus, car will come also with the original RFT Bridgestone tires, which I took off after a few hundred miles.

I've got the extended warranty, which mainly covers brakes/brake pads and wipers as far as I am aware.

Car has been mostly parked in the garage when not in use as I work from home.

Just generic paranoia not to post anything identifiable on the internet...

Correct, it wasn't even available on a 2018 (neither the M steering wheel) as far as I remember.
