Looking for info on engine removal

I've searched for a video or photos for an X3 engine removal but haven't had any luck. Could someone point me to the right resource? I need to either swap or rebuild mine (2005 X3 3.0)

You might want to ask this over at Bimmerfest, it seems to be more active on E83 X3.
