X3MC Full E85 - What’s Needed

I’ve done some research and keep getting conflicting info. Plain and simple what exactly is needed to run full E85, not a blend..

Tune - duh.
Fuel system upgrade?
Flex fuel kit?
Colder spark plugs?

Can this be done in a stock fuel system?

Any info or a lead to a post that has the info would be great!
