Late summer, new model year is usually around August/September.

The difference is 44, Google is your friend.

So even though it's not on BMWusa build website yet, the dealership has the complete ordering info for everything including options and accessories? That's pretty good. I'll be glad when the build site catches up with it. I'm surprised the website will still let anyone build the 2024s, I figured they would have shut it down by now.

AFAIK Merlino Leather was not an option for the GO1 l in the US market . You may be able to option it in on the new G45 .

Didn't make sense to me either but I've seen stranger things. Actually, that's a show on Netflix..... Anyway for the heck of it, I asked my CA when info will actually be available.

I can see the dealer saying we will put you on our list for allocations and you will maybe have the first allocation we get or something like that but not sure how you order a car that hasn't actually been announced yet.

I don’t even think dealers have ordering sheets with options and colors until late June or July.

thank you, its for my wife, trading in her X3m40i 2019 DINAN for this. I'm keeping my X3mc till the new one comes out

Yes, my dealer of 30 years has allocation slots already, and options for me are always fully loaded, I secured the first delivery from what the dealer can tell. Will still have to confirm the exterior color and interior color. Might be doing BMW individual color on this order as well, carbon fiber trim as always

Ok, so you didn't exactly order it. You just get their first allocation.

I think at this state you cant have a production status.

Why shouldnt it be true? Only issue what could be is that individual colours usually are not available for early models.

Friend of mine did the same with the M3 touring. He ordered it before ot was in the configurator because our dealer had allocations and it was the same procedure.
