So finally installed the CF steering wheel trim and center console. Steering wheel cover would 100% do again, well worth it. Center console, meh. While the CF around the iDirve controller is nice, the console is still mostly piano black. If you're really OCD, the CF weave is different from the trim package on the dash and doors but doesn't bother me.

Nice touch, i saw they make the CF trim for the gear shifter also, that will complete the look.

5k oil change
Also did a coolant flush because I didn't like the color of the coolant from the factory. New Green coolant just looked pretty clearing/watered down. Also performed the service function for coolant bleed procedure which is completely automatic now, I believe 2020 forward with idrive 7. Have seen this also on a 2020 F90 M5. Video for your pleasure.

When I stepped on the accelerator pedal slightly (20-40 mph), the car made a noise.
This noise sounds like something is rubbing, but the body is not shaking. This noise only occurs when I slightly depress the accelerator and the vehicle speed is between 20 to 40 mph. The noise is continuous until the speed exceeds 40 or I press the accelerator harder.

so sad.

G01 is 5x112. It went smaller with the G series cars and forward

Please nobody get this. Fake CF is the absolute tackiest thing anyone can do to any car. Especially one as classy as the G01.

That is nice. Pretty much exactly what I would have gotten if I ordered one. I built it so many times on the BMW website lol.

My X3 was built just over 3 years ago (mid- January 2018 delivery) It has just about every option (so called Ultimate package) only missing smoker option and trailer hitch because that would have deleted kick to open.

The touch screen was getting a few scratches to before it got too far I ordered the Screen protector. Easy install, looks in daylight. The M logo is not really visible at night.

Touch is not affected, still works well.
