Hey so was doing an oil change on my car when I realized the vacuum to the exhaust valve was not attached. I assume the hose slipped off so I put it back on. It works like brand new(opens/closes fine) but does this effect performance with the vacuum hose to the exhaust when disconnected? Maybe because the valvetronic and what not it will effect performance...BUT If so please let me know because if it doesn't I will disconnect it like before so I can hear the exhaust note at lower rpms
Thanks, Elijah |

Hello Elijah02,
Yesterday, I re-attached the rear exhaust brackets (having dropped the exhaust for my driveshaft replacement project) and noticed our vacuum hose that you reference above. Our vacuum hose remains attached, so we have not experimented (yet) with removing the hose. 2007 X3 N52 |
