Something weird just started happening and I'm not sure what it can be. When I make a phone call I have no audio from the phone. I tried restarting the car restarting the phone, deleting the Bluetooth connection on my phone and also in the car but nothing seems to fix it. My phone is working fine and connects well to other Bluetooth devices for phone calls. Not sure what happened.

Could you have turned the volume down when receiving or making a call..but instead of turning down the volume of what you were listening to…you turned the volume down for the phone call?

The volume of the phone call can only be turned up/down while on a call…make a call and while speaking or being spoken to…turn the volume knob up to see if that fixes the issue.

In my older version of iDrive…it says right on the iDrive screen that phone volume can only be adjusted during a phone call:

No, my volume levels were the first thing I checked. I've probably restarted the car three times with no luck. After everything I've already done I just got in the car earlier and now all of a sudden it started working. Just a weird glitch.
