Front left EDC Damper replacement

Having noticed oil seeping from my front left damper which is fitted with EDC
(electronic damper control ).I Tried to source a replacement quoted £580+vat from BMW .I struggled to find a replacement and was told only a dealer part.I have now found a supplier in Germany Aerosus at a cost of £315 inc vat and delivery .Its booked in with my local independent specialist Parkside Motor for early October .When fitted I will post my findings .

There's a place in Europe, Latvia maybe, that does rebuilds. Probably quicker to just buy a replacement though.
