Hello everyone,
Welcome to my daily driver for the past 9 months. In December of 2018 I realized I need a good looking reliable small SUV for the upcoming year. After searching the classifieds, I found this incredible Carbon Black over Black X3. It was everything I wanted and was loaded up with all the options, especially the hard to find Dynamic Handling Package with adaptive dampers. I headed down to Virginia, had the car Inspected by a great BMW specialist in Alexandria Virginia and after I got the green light that everything was as it should be, I began the Journey home. Upon returning home the car went into the masters at Eurotech Motorsports for another checkup and fresh fluids. Over the past 9 months this X3 has been nothing less than a peach to own. After about a month I decided to ditch the factory Mpsort wheels and upgrade to a set of much better-looking wheels in my opinion. As well as the new wheels A fresh set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 + were installed to complement the new wheels. With this setup and the other minor cosmetic mods, I believe this to be an exceptional looking example of a small SUV. At about 3 months into my ownership I noticed a lip forming on the brake rotors in the front and decided to upgrade them as well. Replacing all 4 rotors and pads was a great move and the car stops perfectly. Also performed a brake flush and fresh fluid was put in. these are just a few examples of maintenance items that were completed on this wonderful car. It has been extremely well cared after and I believe it will take care of the next owner for year to come. In addition to keeping up with the maintenance I had the car professionally paint corrected and a ceramic coating added on top of the finish to give it that extra protection and make it shine for a lifetime. Listed below are the modifications and the full list of maintenance items. thank you for your time for reading this and do enjoy the photos!

CONDITION REPORT
Exterior: 8.5/10: the exterior of this X3 looks great but it is not without its faults. the front bumper has some rock chips but luckily has no license plate holes. On the passenger side door there is a small dent which could be easily removed via PDR. small chip on the rear valance about the size of a pin. Front bumper has a small crack in it when someone bumped into me in a parking lot. Wheels have a few minor spots of curb rash.

Interior 9.0/10: the interior is doing exceptionally well for its age. The cars trim pieces and leathers are always conditioned and the ceramic window film helps keep the heat out. No squeaks or rattles and the leather has held up incredibly well. Only real issue is the famous glovebox pealing. The piece has begun to separate slightly from the glovebox but it barely noticeable at this point.
