Thanks!

Note, it registry may also need modifying to indicate data_swi location. But, programming requires ICOM. You can still diagnose with ENET.

Changing CIC 6" to 8"

I'm looking to change my 6" screen to the 8" HD screen. Does anyone know if I'll need to code the car to communicate with the new screen ? I'm not looking to add navigation, just want the bigger screen. Also wouldn't mind a reverse camera.

Thank you !

ISTA+ Programming mode

So far so good. The error still displays but now the program continues and I was able to put the parking brakes in shop mode and return them to normal mode.

Question: the ISTA+ window is very small. Where do we change the size, if possible?

Thanks!

Double click Window Frame at top and it will go full screen.

Sorry for the late response, was out of town.

When I try to read the HKFM_LS module, I get an error that says

"File for cafd_000007c8-007_001_023_ not found!"

pretty much won't let me read it and open it so I can recode.

Is it possible to transfer video files from a USB onto the harddrive directly? I though I enabled a code to allow this, but didn't see the option to actually transfer the file after I opened the video.

Has anyone come across a fault code B7F87F "CIC: coding data implausible" and/or B7F8AA "CIC: coding data not released"? I tried coding CIC_HU but keep getting stuck because it says there's no data to code.

I seen an option to reset the head unit but worried it might brick. Can anyone give advice on what to do?

I coded the trunk close via fob based on the cheatsheet, but it didn't work. Is this a common problem or do I just need to try and recode?

Older firmware sometimes takes 15 minutes of car sleeping to take affect.

Make sure you selected "Code FDL."

Hi, I've 2013 X3 F25. I've just completed coding for DVD in Motion, Close mirrors + Windows + moon roof through Confort Access / Key Fob.

But when I try to do "Close Trunk / Tailgate through button on FOB"

Module = HKFM
Section = 3010
Function Value = SCH_FBD
Function Value = TASTER_FBD

I find SCH_FBD but did NOT find TASTER_FBD.

Can anyone help me out what should I do, Am I missing something ?
