Alignment issues after installing H&R springs

I recently had H&R lowering springs professionally installed on my 2015 x4 Msport and I am having trouble keeping the vehicle aligned. The shop that has aligned it twice says it won't ever be aligned properly due to the new installation. Is this possible? I've had lowering springs on other BMWs with no problems. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
