Only the passnger side mirror folds when i lock and hold via the key

how do i fix?

Do you hear sound at the mirror like it's attempting to fold? If yes, it could be a mechanical failure inside the mirror.
If no sound use the schematic and check if power is getting to the folding motor, if yes, the motor probably failed. If no power gets to the motor, use schematic to backtrack wiring to diagnose.

the drivers side wing mirror does not fold via the button and i cannot adjust it either...
