2015 BMW X3  [0.00]
Hello everybody,

I bought a 2015 BMW X3 f25 with bluetooth phone and audio so i can listen to, for exempel, Spotify with bluetooth.
Unfortunately I cannot select the next track through the rotary knob on the steering wheel. This does work in my brother's car (F30).
I get the message, not possible.
I have spotify premium and did an update on the car.
I've also tried esys but can't seem to find a solution. I can't find a solution on the internet yet.
Do any of you know why this is not possible?
Can this be coded with esys?

Thank you.

The next time you are listening to Spotify, click on the mode button the steering wheel twice quickly. It will switch to your previous fm radio and back to Spotify. Now click on the scroll wheel and you should see options on the instrument cluster for skipping tracks.

Are you able to change tracks using the Previous Track - Next Track buttons by your CD slot? The one that has the < > symbols.

Also, what phone are you using?
