Short trip to the southern Sierra foothills Tuesday on CA-198.

First photo is from the parking lot of the the dam & lake overlook for Lake Kaweah.

Second photo includes the Pumpkin Hollow Bridge (built in 1922), the middle fork of the Kaweah River, and motels and a restaurant built on private land just before the Ash Mountain entrance to Sequoia National Park.

Hauling the ole pop-up to the dump. 1st and only time using the rear hitch set-up, a confidence (in the X3) building experience. Kind of gives a hint of what a lowering kit would make it look like.
