Colour Options...
I'm looking at Sophisto Grey, UK colour option. Does anyone have this colour and can share any maintenance feedback. Specifically swirls...?

The pigments within the paintwork have ultra high reflection properties which make it unbelievable in direct sunlight. In the shade, the car gains a very deep, dark colour as the flakes within the paint disappear.

No swirls after 9 months, hand wash or pressure wash (occasionally) only. From distance it has to be very dirty to look like dirty. The worst is the hood, as you can see it everytime you drive. The rest you really have to look, to see the dirt. But you can still say, that if it's fresh washed or not. Otherwise very nice colour, didn't see nicer grey in any car around.

I believe that Sophisto Gray is Dark Graphite Metallic in the US. I have Dark Graphite and I love it. In bright sun there are flecks of green and purple that make it an interesting color. In overcast conditions as OP says it is a deep charcoal shade of gray.
I’ve had the car for a little over a month and it hides the dirt very well. I just had it ceramic coated so shouldn’t have trouble with swirls. |

Does anyone have any pictures in Sophisto Grey with the BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line with extended contents - particularly the grill.
I'm undecided whether the keep this option as part of the Sport Plus pack or revert to the original grill. Can't find any pics on this forum or via google |
