1 extra year BMW warranty for 1,250$ worth it on my 2019 X3?

Hey guys!

So I'm getting my 2019 X3 xDrive30i today.

The car has about 10k miles on it and has about 3 years time left on the BMW warranty.

I barely do 8k miles a year so I the end of the original BMW warranty in 3 years I will only be at 34k miles.

BMW is willing to sell me 1 additional year for 1,250$+tx. Should I take it? This would allow me to keep the car 1 extra year since I wanted to sell at the end of the warranty.

Also, would they be also taking care of oil and filters change during this extra year?

You sure this is 1 year extra warranty and not 1 year extra maintenance?

I didn't know you could buy 1 year of extra BMW warranty.
