Just checked bummer.work - Production day was today - 2017-12-05

So my guesstimate is still on for around December 22nd delivery.

So any updates from anyone with this week as build week? I'm going to call BMW tomorrow.

I will say my sales rep is a bit daft. His update earlier in the week was that it was in 153 and then it would have to go to the paintshop, etc... I nodded and smiled knowing full well he's BSing. I'm trying to figure out at what point I should point out to him he doesn't know process. LOL

Lol - of course you paint it after it is completely assembled, everyone knows that!.

My week 49 production has moved to status 155. I won't get excited until it is at 190.

My order has reached status 155 yesterday as well

Slalom and Voyagergab - Are you asking your dealer for status updates or are you using another method? I've been hesitant to ask him for the specific code. When calling BMW, they have told me they don't have the specific code. LOL

I am often in the area where the dealer is located. So I make it a point to stop by and say hi and ask about the progress.

Talking to BMW today, their system is showing my car is still in production. So at this point, I’m giving up on a pre-Christmas delivery, which is okay. I’ll expect it in January.

Not very scientific, but extrapolating from week 45 information, week 48 would be delivered the first week of January. BTW, I am not relying upon a single datum.

In the past, a two to three week wait was expected. Now we are seeing five weeks.

since BMW changed the bolt pattern and I was told I'd get it by dec15th I've got no winter tire setup for my current car. if delivery gets delayed I'm going to be at risk of either driving my car in a snow storm without the right tires or getting a nice tickets from the cops

You have a 7 day grace period if it's a new vehicle to get your tires if it's after the deadline of Dec 15.
