Really curious about the stock sound, but always in for more.
My friend @ PPE in Belgium can tune in the pops, bangs and farts so that’s also on the planning together with an engine tune...

You can really hear the valve doing it's thing back there. It is constantly changing its position to ensure no excessive drone or frequencies.

Drove in sport plus mode for 15 mins, left car running, felt exhaust coming from driver side, pulled fuse and boom it worked. Reading what everyone was saying stressed me out and really had me torn on whether I should do this or not.... stop freaking out people and just do it! I'm so glad I did! The comfort mode sounds like it has a little more beef to it which I like. Sport mode and sport plus growels nicely and cleaner and I still get the pops and cracks (only in sport and sport plus).

Any changes to the exhaust after the catalyst are pretty much free game. It just makes it loud. Doesn't affect emissions which all smog cares about. It may be illegally loud but smog could care less as long as stock emissions components are not affected.

I’d removed the fuse for the ASD (I have HK audio) but that didn’t seem to have any effect. The exhaust flap fuse removal worked fine, though recently I’ve noticed a whine/drone from the rear.

It’s going in for its first service next week, so I popped the fuses back in.

Exhaust flap has stayed open even in Comfort so am I doing something wrong, or is the flap likely to be stuck?



EDIT: it transpires that the actuator valve was faulty, so a replacement is on order....

Mine is finally where I want it.

The only additional step would be a downpipe + pops & bang but not doing it. Don’t want to get in trouble with the warranty

So this is back box fully modded, both resonators modded and the GPF.
Sounds wonderful and very deep, exactly what I wanted.
No drone on normal comfort setting and on the highway perfectly quiet as normal when you stay under 80-85 mph, also in comfort of course.

Question: the OPF/GPF modell (EU) Version have this sh** Opfs, when i want to go catless or for 200cel cat, what is changing? Have someone a picture from down how it looks with opf and wihtout? My oreference is vrsf, but they told me it is not compatible with opf cars.

I want to „delete" the opf and go with just a 200cel cat
