Valve cleaner like chevron would do nothing because this is a turbo engine with direct injection and the cleaner never gets to the back of valves.

I thought im the only one like that lol

This question has been debated for quite a while regarding DI engines. Because of direct injection, the backs of the valves are not washed with fuel as they are in standard (non-direct) injection engines.

It was hotly debated for example, when Corvette switched with the 2014 C7 Stingray to direct injection. Bottom line is yes, there will be some build up, but in many cases the driver will never notice it nor keep the car long enough for it to be an issue.

IMO, not really something to get exercised about.

When would this becomes a problem? i plan to keep it over 100k if possible.

No real clear answer. There are numerous 'scare' stories that attempt to encourage questionable solutions, little good fact based data. Driving conditions and style impact the 'coking' of DI valves. Some owners of DI vehicles drive into the 100k range without issue, while others show buildup at under 50k. Considering the significant number of various OEM DI engines out there for more than a decade, it hasn't been flagged as a recall, TSB, etc.

I think personally some of the excessive buildup has to do with driving behavior. In my personal opinion it seems that the more the car is babied and driven like a grandma the more deposits it will have compared to a vehicle that actually gets pushed through the rev range and worked. I've always beat on my cars, after they're warmed up of course, and haven't had any issues with CELs or malfunctions. Not a scientific study, just something I've noticed.

The famous Italian Tune Up, here as explained by Engineering Explained (no affiliation on my part, just an avid diy and learning more about cars), though inconclusive and perhaps work best in long distance hard driving as temp needs to get high enough temp.
