What is this wheel model / number?

I recently bought a BMW X3 after test driving one with these wheels/tires in pic. The tires in the pic are 245/50R19. The car I bought has different wheels with 225/60R18 tires. I prefer the wheels and tires on the one I didn't buy. Does anyone know the wheel model/number of these in the pic? Also, if I pick up a set of the 19's in the marketplace is it as simple as a swap/install? I know tire rotation will be different but is it enough to have to worry about recalibration? Thanks for any help!
