Oh yeah, they are definitely coated, but even with that the dust still builds up. Easier to clean, sure, but I don’t have the time to clean my wheels every week. My SQ7 and Durango Hellcat have been treated as well and had to swap their pads out.

Installed high graded air filters from MAD over the cheap OEM paper filters BMW provides for these cars.

Installed some M Performance style carbon paddles today. Super easy install. I think the hardest part was getting the right tool to reach the clips to release the air bag.

This is how the car should have came, such a big upgrade for something so minor.

New plugs in. While the spark plug socket with the grippers is great, it grips WAY TOO FUCKING MUCH. Luckily I got the back two plugs done along with getting the socket out. But working on the remaing 4 and the socket won't release from the plug so it's stuck down in the hole. Luckily I had needle nose pliers long enough and pulled the socket out the remaining 4 times. No idea how that back plug would have worked since you can't see shit in there.
I briefly entertained the idea of some sort of lube around the ceramic piece of the plug (like dielectric) but decided against.
Anywho...

Which socket are you using? I've used the BMS socket and haven't had this issue so just wondering?

Where can we find the M badge for the newer, wider G01 kidney grille?

Just disconnect the positive terminal, small screwdriver/flathead to release the airbag, torx screw for the shifters, swap and go?

It’s the Alibaba from CSZ exhaust. Quality and fit was terrific for the price point. My installer was super impressed after having installed dozens of Valvetronic systems in BMWs - he said the quality was one of the best he’s seen

Yes, it’s really that simple. I used INDs video for their paddle shifters as a guide, but I did not remove the steering wheel.
