any NON M add (or have added) OEM Hitch?

Trying to figure out if I can cut out my bumper cover and add #5 and #6 (or #7 and #6)- the plastic facia around the hitch
When I took off #4 it was solid underneath
REALoem specifies a different bumper cover with trailer hitch - but I am HOPING it just means it has a cutout and the clip locations are the same??

Anyone add the OEM hitch to a xdrive 30iX (M bumpers are different), or have it done with a parts receipt?

Did you manage to do this? I've got a non M model and I am looking to add the factory tow hitch if possible. It would be good to know what are the required parts in this case.
