MODE x Power Pack suit S58

Does anybody have any experience with these Australian guys? They sell this strange “power pack suit” for S58 that includes following items:

https://modeautoconcepts.com/collect...ompetition-f87

MODE Design Decatted Downpipe Kit
MODE Air+ Front Mounted Intake Kit (Gloss Black)
MODE Air+ Charge Pipe Kit (Gloss Black)
MODE x bootmod3 BM3 Stage 2 98 ECU Tune
MODE Decal Stickers

Especially the intake and the charge pipe could be interesting because not much else is there at the moment.

They don’t have any pics of the downpipe or the intake on the website from what I can see... they also just re use the BM3 dyno of Stage 1.

Kinda shady...

Alex, Did you end up changing your charge pipe? Is the oem part made of plastic?

Doesn't seem like there are many options out there even if you wanted to. It also seems like BMW made some changes in the design of the B58 that may have carried over to our engine and may protect against charge pipe failures. Hopefully, the 24.7 peak boost I'm hitting on my stage 1 isn't going to be an issue.

Yeah, let’s hope. Anyway, like you said, no options at the moment.

Power pack suit??? Sounds like something out of a marvel movie.

Strange naming.

Based on the diagram.
Only the collector pipe is plastic. Seems to be a good hard plastic. While the rest are rubber hoses.
I would say it is sufficient enough to hold high psi.

Ben, can you make a custom charge pipe? 😉
