I have the same as you. All since we were burgled by some low-life scumbags and they stole the keys to my wife’s car. They were clearly looking for my keys too (had an F31 335d xdrive at the time), but they didn’t find the keys, hence Disklok. Wife’s car arrives 1st March via TRL - Disklok no.2 on standby. Pain in the arse having to put them every night, and days when the cars are home alone, but I’ve sort of gotten used to it now. So many cars in my area have Diskloks and other steering locks fitted, now.

Fitted black grilles!

They actually look much better in person than in photos, I was quite worried about them as the black makes the grilles look huge in photos others have posted, but they actually look fine!

That’ sounds like a nightmare, yeah they are a pain the last one I had was on my focus ST , not bothered since then but I thought about it and bought a new one .Where to put it when not in use is one issue , sliding around the floor

Already had my Blackvue 650 2ch from the old car, so just had to workout the routing and power as I have Cellink-b battery to keep it on when the car is off

Got a silicon cover for the Display Key off amazon.de, mainly for the loop hole, it also protect from accidental push.

Fitted the black grills yesterday but I don't think it's right for my build. Maybe I have to black the mirrors out to give it a fair try. If that doesn't work out I'll revert back to cerium and sell these.

Grilles look great!

Smoked headlights and yellow fogs not so much though imo.

I think either way looks great. It comes down to what pleases you the most! Maybe keeping both so you can change them with the seasons?

Yes; black, mocha and graphite. You can also get camouflage and “Hawaiian”!

Also, something I noticed about the grilles is it looks like you can detach the outer part from the slats part, so you could experiment with silver outer part and black slats or vice versa.

The pics I posted are of the black version. It's not a deep black though. Also, it was very overcast today so the lighting in the photos isn't the best aren't a true depiction of the color. Overall I love the Canvasback setup though. You can also have them provide cutouts to the D rings if desired. What I like the most about it is that it not only protects the cargo floor but also the back of the seats. They also have an option to add on covers for the side walls of the cargo area but I didn't opt for those.

I had this in my Tahoe and it held up really well.

I had this in my Tahoe and it held up really well.

I bought Canvasbacks in black for my wife’s Ford Flex almost nine years ago and they have held up beautifully. A real quality product. The hook and loop fasteners work as designed. Your cargo area carpeting is very effectively protected.

My X3 has the mocha seats; but the black would work very well as the cargo area is black.
