I noticed in my X3M Competiton that the shifts is much more noticeable (slower) in Sport+ than in Sport mode. Sport mode is much smoother and feels faster...

I have BM3 stage1 tune and I can't remember if it was like that before the tuning.

So how is your shifts in Sport vs Sport+?

Nope, I tested this coming home after my latest software update and shifts are the same speed in all three modes as long as trans setting is the same.

Sorry but this makes no sense. OP what setting are you talking about for sport vs sport+? Throttle response? Transmission speed is set by S1-3 or D1-3 on top of shifter.

I've never really felt the button on the gear stick changes speed - more that it changes shift point.

Shift speed for me seems to be dictated by how hard I am using the throttle.
