You can change the map version of CIC, now there is the Premium version,
you can install the professional?

No, maps are not interchangeable. Each map type can run on the specific Head Unit hardware it is designed for. PREMIUM Map runs only on CIC Head Unit. PROFESSIONAL Map is older DVD based Map for CCC Head Unit.

Not possible with hard drive based Navigation systems. Only older DVD based Navigation systems can have modified database.

I have 2015 X3 with 2014 maps on it. can someone help me to update to 2019 North America Maps. Canada to be more specific.
