Yes you are right... honestly, I was also surprised that there's another $500 on my deal. I thought it was a mistake from my salesman until I saw the numbers and I kept my poker face on....
At the end of the day I wasn't going to spike the deal for $15/mo. So we pulled the trigger and got it. Her car next to my M2C.

The June one you’re referring to above is a 90 day first payment deferment for purchases. The May one was where BMW FS would cover $500 (for X3) of the monthly payment for the first two months of a lease. I don’t remember if that applied to purchases too though.

Thanks for the help. Apparently I can't read anymore.

Did lock this deal in locally to IL. Here is the deal sheet for anyone who needs to send to another dealer.

No prob! Just chalk it up to your excitement and the chase for the new car!

I'm not an expert, but those numbers look good to me...oh...your MSRP is the same as mine so I assume we have near identical spec'd X3MCs....minus the variable of interior color..

Congrats on the new car!

What APR? I thought I saw .9% on the BMW website but each dealer I talk to swears it's 1.9.

I see .9% too but it's only for 60. Are you going for 72?

looking to buy an X3M, this was the first offer from the dealer:

MSRP: $84,395
Discount: $4,500
Rebate: $5750
Adjusted Price: $74,145

By the looks of what others have posted, they aren't offering enough on the discount and are low on the rebate. Is that correct? I always have trouble with this dealer and have to travel to Milwaukee for a good price, but thought I'd give them another shot. Thanks for any advice.

You should be able to get between $8400-$10,000 off that MSRP before incentives.

If you can get much more of a discount, please let us know. If you want, tell the dealership you know of a buddy that will also lease one as well. No one in the midwest is willing to move these. Been researching quite a bit around the region and neither of the two dealerships that I've leased with are willing to budge all that much.

I'm at
MSRP - $83,845
Discount - $8,384
Rebate - $4,500
Sale Price - $74,460
MF - .00138 (I know this is market up but this is as far as they will go)

Supply is limited on these and shipping on is fine but has a cost of course. This is a local dealer that really doesn't move on these things. The initial offer on a ~$76k X3M was at ~$960/mo . It looks like I'm short on the rebates?

How so? 10% off isn't bad. I could get 12% but it would need to be shipped (1500ish at least) plus the Carmax offer on the trade-in is several thousand below what the dealer is giving? I could do a similar car at 12% off for ~100/mo less but would need to pay tax/tax/title etc upfront where here it's rolled in and ship it. All in all, more on the trade, no shipping, nothing upfront. Yes the MF is high but it's like .5%.

Just re-read. Were you referring to the intial offer at 960? Totally agree they were getting nowhere with that.

That's what I told them. They said that anyone getting that kind of deal is a crazy good deal and they think the buyer is getting screwed in some other way. This is on a buy and not lease.

Show them the deal that HickoryDickory posted a few posts up, if they can't match that, go to another dealer that will. The "limited" argument is kind of BS, the factory is spitting these out now, some dealers have 5, some have 12 AND 2021s are rolling off to dealers already.

That's exactly what I showed them, they didn't think it was possible to go that low.
