Just my opinion of course, but for a purchase, 13% off MSRP is strong. $8K in rebates is strong also. I've seen $6500 Rebate ($5000 plus, $1500 loyalty) so if you are getting another $1500 that's great.
I think you are looking at a very competitive offer and good deal, especially if it is the build that you want. Watch out for inflated fees such as Document Fee, etc.
Others may argue that you should wait it out and see if you can get a couple more percent off.

Do any of these cash back bmw incentives like the 5k apply to the 2021 model X3MC? Or are these just to move 2020 x3mc vehicles on the lot.

What are the $8k in rebates? 6500 seems like the most we’ve seen...

Got a deal on an 84k 2020 x3m Comp for 15k mile lease for $900 a month including taxes. With like 2k down. Is that a bad deal? I know 15k miles is a bit more expensive but I need the extra miles.

X3MC
MSRP: $81750
Price: $71280
Incentives: $5000 + $1000 credit 1st & second pmt
Drive off: $3k
Payment $805 including tax

Only downside is .00040 mf markup. Lost the battle, but discount was solid and mostly offsets it.

Got an insane offer from CarMax on my six month old X3 m40i.
What offer did u get from Carmaxx?

Did u wrap with stealth? Love 2 c pics!

You won’t find many Donington Grey BMWs with Xpel Stealth. That one F90 looks good though.

Does the $2k down include the first month's payment?

Yep it does. Total out of pocket is 2k.

Seems like a competitive offer! I have a 10k/yr lease. The difference in monthly between 10k and 5k leases on these cars is around $66/month. Back out the $66/month (to compare to my 10k/yr lease) - gets you to $834/month. Further back out about $42/month for the additional money down that I put (i.e., over and above your $2k down). Comes to $792/month. I'm paying $800/month and am quite satisfied with the deal that I have. Seems like others on this forum have better deals, but am good with where I came out.

Wow, assuming that it’s financing (instead of leasing). You have a great deal.

A discount of 13% is super awesome. I can’t even get 10.01% off during covid pandemic period. In addition to 8K rebate, that’s an additional 1.5k rebates that I don’t see in any official internet sites.

At the offer of 0.9 APR and with those discounts and rebates, I’ll sign the contract in a heartbeat.

Well done and enjoy your new X3MC

Kmualim, Yes it was allot of work to get 13% off and the extra 1.5k was usaa/road to summer rebates. All other cali dealers were not willing to go that low or even close to 13%. I did have to spend 1.9& on finance but not a biggie as I plan to pay the monster off early hopefully. Its a x3m, not a x3mc although I did have the same type of deal in-place for a x3mc but decided to stay with the standard seats. Those sports are cool as hell but I was thinking in the long run I might be happier in standard, we will see...very happy with deal. thx

That's awesome man. Killer job. Personally...I like the standard sport seats as they're super comfortable!

Did you happen to finance or lease? If a lease...do you mind sharing more of the information and where you ended up with a monthly lease payment (tax in/out)?

Anyone on here have a line on any additional rebates that are out there? Currently have a deal identical to kmualim'a deal except missing $500 of rebate (only $5k for me atm between loyalty and lease credit) because I don't have an OL Code and my USAA rebate doesn't apply to the comp model.

Been working the phones. If anyone knows a dealer with white on sakhir or donnington on Sakhir that is willing to offer a 11%+ discount on a purchase. Please PM me. I am in IL but can work around Midwest/East coast.

Heres an AW on Blk and they have over 15% right off the bat. Not sure if they are including incentives. I picked up my Donington from them. Great dealership. PM me for CA info if interested.

Yes you are right... honestly, I was also surprised that there’s another $500 on my deal. I thought it was a mistake from my salesman until I saw the numbers and I kept my poker face on....
