My car is now in Quality check status.

It entered status 150 on May 2nd. I have a may 16 production date. Looks to be a bit early. Unless the production date was the completed date.

The status changed to "Dispatched From Factory" sometime today.

Status 150 May 4. Progressed well today. Now at "assembly in progress!"

Edit. Now at "Quality Check." Per the BMW genius a few days ago, they said it would take about one day to get done from status 150 once started.

I'm actually interested in ordering a X3M - for those with builds in progress…was it difficult to get an allocation?

Placed my order January 6th, received allocation on April 1st, went 150 on May 13th. If you find a dealer with an allocation it is only about 4 weeks. I was okay with the delay due to traveling for business all the way through June. I had a Performance Center delivery set for June 17 that I gave up due to travel restrictions. It's really not that bad if you find an immediate allocation.

Status 112 - Scheduled for production: 4/21/22
Status 150 - Production started: 5/5/22 - and I have a VIN.


And here, 11 days later, I'm still stuck in status "150." Supposedly, this is a week 20 (May 16 - 22) build allocation.

Placed my deposit about a month ago. Dealer doesn't have an allocation, but that's fine as my current is a '22 M40i. I'm being told November/December delivery. I've had excellent service from my dealer and sales team so I'm in no rush. All depends on if your dealer has an allocation.

I ordered mine Feb 9th. Dealers allocation for March was just sold. So I had to wait for an April one. Which they got. it was scheduled for April then reverted back and finally in May it went 150. Should have already had the car but some kind of delay at BMW caused it to be a month late.

Was also planning the PCD but my CA told me late June to Early July if I wanted to do that. I chose to have it delivered.

They are still telling me end of the month delivery here to the Burgh!

I ordered an individual color second week of March, got an allocation right away luckily. Have been scheduled for week 23 build. I entered "scheduled for production" status today on the tracker. I was able to check my code, still 112. Hopefully things move sooner, as it looks like some are a week or two ahead

When I checked earlier today in the locator, every x3m allocation was in 105 status still. Hopefully it changed

So exactly two weeks from 150 to production date. Interesting. And yes, I believe "production date" is actually completion date or the cars "birthday."
Mine went to 150 on May 6th and SA mentioned a production date of May 20th - exactly two weeks. I see a pattern here (perhaps wishful thinking).

I had a X3M production date of 5/23, but just checked and now have a 5/20 date using the developer tool. Still at status 150 on the tracker. Maybe there is a push to get cars out by the end of the month.

"Waiting on carrier assignment!" Just under 2 weeks from 150. Took just about a day to get to this point once things got moving from 150.

The tracker is showing “Dispatched from Factory” but my CA just sent me pics of the car at the dealer. Seems like The tracker is a bit delayed.

Just read that all BMWs produced starting in July will be coming with iDrive 8. I am still figuring out how I feel about this. Mine just entered production.

I wonder how that would work for the X3/X4 since they just got a refresh last year and they have physical climate control buttons. I think iDrive 8 moves the climate controls to the touch screen.
