When have you seen a correlation between 37ft lbs of tq and 3 tenths 0-60? That should translate to 4-5 tenths in the 1/4 mile. Are we expecting the LCI to do real-world, no 1ft rollout 0-60 in 3.2 and 1/4 mile in 11.1-11.2?

Also, when does just changing a crank have an 8% TQ increase? This increase, if any, is in the tune.

You do realize that the ignition button is in a completely different location, right? 😜
Well besides that.

X3m's front does look more aggressive but it looks kinda ugly... The rear lights just looks weird and out of place, definitely not a fan of the rear lights...

X4m, wtf is going on with the rear diffuser area??? 🤮🤮🤮

Historically BMW has been very conservative with their stated performance figures.

Are the design engineering being paid by the edge?? or by the number of contrasting edges they can throw on the design??

Did they hire the Lamborghini's Egoista concept designer and said go nuts??

Why does the X3m look like it is trying to shit out the taillights? Terrible design decision.

I really don't understand cars like the X4M and that tall Mercedes AMG thing. What is the point of that crap? A taller car!?!? Why? It doesn't even offer the convenience of an SUV with more space. Not to mention hideous ZDX looks.

I really like the new color yellow option. It definitely has me sold on the 2022 vs 2021…

Good or not, I can't remember an M LCI with this many significant changes. It's really mind-blowing and is leaving me to question what I want to do now with my 2021 and if I even want to stay with the brand.
Geez! This sounds like a gross overreaction.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

There are three things I find most interesting in the LCI as a current X3 M owner:

•Engine upgrades
•Extended adaptive suspension range for potentially more comfort
•Forged wheels

Hilariously over-styled. My biggest gripe with the G8x was how odd the surfacing was throughout the front & rear fascia, particularly in the bottom corners (the grille just made it worse). It looks taller yet somehow fatter at the same time. They went & gave this the exact same treatment :

Interior looks great but wth is it with BMW doing black bits all around the bottom? Makes everything look taller than it is.

I see it as consistency and continuity along the model line.
