I am really falling for the X4m. Aslong as no other car manufactures creates a competing like crossover. This will be my next purchase.

At least the LCI is comestible. I was about to throw-in the towel with BWM's new design philosophy on some models.

Thanks for posting Jason.

Nice, I also had no idea that the x4m came with standard m sport adaptive that's a game change for the roads. I don't have kids or many people in my car so I think Itll do well for me lol

What's your thoughts on the stock x3mc exhaust btw?

The change in the climate control layout boggles my mind...I know its meant to replicate the X5 but there is no way that setup can come close to the X3's simple know layout. Those buttons look like something you have to search for and are in just about the least convenient place.

Thanks for posting the videos. It appears the X3 M40i received an actual M Kidney Grill. I wonder if the 2022 X5 M50i will be the same.

This is the most awkward and uninspired not to say horrible taillight I have seen.
The front should have a “face” and the rear should have a beautiful”ass” without weird elements that somehow stare at you wondering if this is the rear...

I swear that I will not keep this car even if BMW will pay me.
It is that appaling.

The X4 however is very nice except that black anvil plastic insertion in the rear bumper that looks pretty bad... not to mention this new plastic scratches like crap which doesnt help to keep the appeal of the car in time.

Besides the GLC AMG Coupe, Macan Turbo and upcoming Q5/Q6 coupe you should have nothing to worry about as far as competition

is this sarcasm my friend? lol.
1. GLC AMG coupe would never be in my radar.
2. Macan turbo will never live up to its true potential ever. Unless you severely mod it and at that price point that would be ridiculous.
3. Audi q5/q6 ? Refer to number 2. severely underpowered.

Side note. Its a reason vw group keeps these crossovers at bay. nobody wants a coupe anymore when there are hellcat Durango's doing 3.4 secs lol. Maybe for a weekender but as a everyday or best of both words you need a top notch sedan or crossover imo.

Happy to hear criticism on my analysis

I have a mid pipe so it's nice and loud when I want it to be. I'd personally would never buy a non comp. I like the exhaust being black. I have a 3 kids but I'm still going to do the x4M. They'll fit fine, lol. It's not a big difference really for leg space. More of the slant on the top of the car.

I actually think the look of the X4 M40i is the perfect balance of aggressiveness (relative to the X4M). Looks great 👍🏽

I like the DRL shutting off and becoming a turn signal.

Sorry to the haters but these still look fantastic and the X4 is a major improvement with new rear bumper. I hope we see more of this and less unnecessary holes with reflectors in them in more of the upcoming BMWs

I thought I hated the taillights and then I watched the video. I'm still going to wait but I just might be into it.

Me too! And they look the same shape/size as the current ones. So if it's possible to retro-fit these, I'll deffo be doing that. With the tinted/darkened look, I think they'll look great on my Sophisto grey...

Exactly, I am waiting for the numerous threads of wanting to retrofit these taillights.

These cars look like swans compared to the piggy M3/M4/4er.

Test drive it before signing that dotted line....I had the F97 X3M for a year and I still think it was the worst/stiffest suspension M I ever had.

"Well, it's an M, what did you expect?" and my response would be, Macan GTS and Turbo have air suspension and didn't sacrifice drivability through corners, so what's your point?

Good luck!
