For non-ZCP. Add another $4-5k for ZCP would be my guess. I think the X3M will price similarly to F80 M3.
Agreed. Hopefully the lease rates and residual will be reasonable like X3M40i. I hear these are supposed to hit lots March; however if that's the case shouldn't pre orders be going in shortly given the 8-10 week lead time?

No way this hits lots by March. They have yet to reveal the production version, have yet to provide journalist with press cars, etc....we are probably looking at March announcement and hitting lots right before summer to early fall just like the X5 did if we are lucky. But man do I hope I'm wrong.

2) Is it possible to get pre-ordered models (such as the X3M, or other M cars) below MSRP or is it pretty much a given that if you're going to pre order a car that you're gonna pay full price?
3) Would it be fair to assume that the X3M will hold its value better than an X3 m40i?
1) Yes, in every state. Don't let your dealer tell you different.

2) Yes. We have never paid more than $500-$1000 above invoice for an M car that was preordered or just ordered from factory whether or not close to release. Just need to find the right SA.

3) Yes it will. Or better, it should. Look to the M3 vs 340 or M4 vs 440 as an example.

Be sure to re-post any SA's info who's doing 500-1000 over invoice at release...

Can't, I am banned from making referrals on the forum. Just search my name and maybe some posts are still up.

Well, regrettably, I'll no longer need this ordering thread...even though I was the OP, haha. Local dealer made me a deal too good to refuse on a SMB M3 CS so I'm good for the next few years. But I will still be monitoring this thread and providing any updates I come across. Good luck to all!

Nice! Post pics of your new ride! And according to another post it's confirmed for March production of X3M...

Haha...I'm picking up a too good to be true M3CS deal within the next day or two also! They are trying to find a dealer to trade their AW for a SMB

But I still will consider unloading the wifey's X5M for an X3M ZCP depending on how it turns out.
