Start your search with realistic expectations being at MSRP and see what discount you can negotiate pre-incentives. If you can’t find a dealer willing to work with you I would suggest a broker. Good luck! |

I'm close to Portland, OR and the dealers here were not discounting at all. Went with a broker from leasehackr and was able to get 6% off and base money factor (leasing). Ended up only 3.75% off if you take broker fees and shipping into account, but still the best I could find at the time. Ordered 2022 X3MC on October 19th and it was delivered to my front door on December 7th (was in town two days before but I had to work). Hope that helps.

Hi fellas & finance gurus. What is a fair / acceptable APR for a used 2020 X3 M at an official BMW dealership... ? Also, are there an incentives on a used BMW... ?
You can often find their base APR when looking at new cars directly on the BMW website. But wondering what's a viable / legitimate starting point in terms of a 4-5 year loan. I found a super clean "cream puff" of a car in Boise, ID. And we're going to be gin running the numbers soon before I fly out there from sunny California.

I missed out on the PenFed discount because I opened the account when I ordered and we expected the production to take a lot longer so I hadn't reached the 60 day waiting period.

Hey all, working on a build with the local dealer. Any feedback on the build below? Pretty much most options, mobility kit for flat trunk (will try to fit a spare), and remote start (wasn't an option online?). Anything else to consider that may be off the configurator?

Looking at ordering a X3MC (BSM/SO) w/all options except M Driver's Package. Dealer has an immediate allocation and is offering me MSRP ($84,395 incl destination) at base MF of .00111. Comes out to $1283 per month incl MI state tax. Reasonable? Should I pull the trigger? Seems like a decent deal to me, considering current market conditions, but thought I would ask here, in case I am blinded by S58 lust.

Worked with my local dealer more today and got them to come down to $1k below MSRP, still at base MF. I also found out I qualify for the BMW Corporate Sales Program, which gives me another $750 off, so MSRP - $1750. I took the deal. I feel I did well. Placing my deposit this afternoon!

Interesting looking at the MF's above.. my dealer quoted me a .00151 MF
I ended up signing up for a purchase at MSRP, $750 corporate rebate, window tints thrown in, 1.9% APR for 60mo |

Is the residual still at 56% for 36m/10k mls? Initial post wasn't updated since October.

Unless you put a ridiculous amount of money down + inceptions, you won't get there. *taking into account current market conditions. I'm assuming you won't get more than 5-6% |

They're quoting MSRP$84,795 minus $750 loyalty. Drive offs $4500… payment $991 including tax/monthly. .00151 rate. Every $1000 you put down reduces the payment $30 monthly according to the sales advisor. Pretty much a standard deal in this market. It's going to be rare to get the discounts we used to for awhile. Allocations are also hitting a couple a month per sales center.
