residual was only about 57% as this is a demo with 3,900 miles (you lose $0.30/mile)

car exactly as I would have spec'd it and since its a lease the fact that its a demo doesn't really matter (has full warranty and I turn it in after 3 years).

depending on how you look at it
12% off before rebates
15.25% off after rebates
14.1% off after rebates and demo residual adjustment figured in
Any discounts like that, or near that, possible when ordering a spec’d out car? Thinking of buying a 2020 X3 M40i and ones I’ve seen are not exactly how I’d like them, and wouldn’t mind ordering one so it can come right after the shittiest weather.

Never snows in LA. Thinking your market is a tough discount market unless you have a cluster of dealers within 50 miles

iam in the bay area. Concord BMW is usually where I go. Very interested in the X3 M Comp but i dont see them wanting to do much. I currently drive an 18 M3 and if the leaked pics are any indication of what the M3 will look like, it will be an easy decision to make for me. Anyone in cali care to share any information in regards to incentives? etc and what each one is approx?

like
LEASE cash?
Loyalty?
model specific incentives?

thanks!

Too much time on my hands. However I will share it's a better lease deal and might be cheaper to get a 78-82k optioned X3mc than a fully loaded x3 m40
There are very little in country on dealers lot so they are playing hardball on discounts. I found two dealers in US with fully loaded 2020 and they would not go down on discount even after showing three email and authentic offers for X3mc for less monthly payment and same out the door. Lesson is glutton of supply of a slow moving out the door vehicle will get a larger discount than the hotter seller x3 m40 that has much higher demand.

yes. 11% off pre incentive is a 0 net gain deal for the dealer, possibly a slight loss.

They gave me money factor 0.00168. I think it is heavily marked up. Am I right ? What is the current Bmw money factor ?

Typical dealer play lmaoooo
Walk out
If you want a deal you need to spend weeks sleuthing
Get 10-12-15 dealers involved in 200 miles
Get written in email
Negotiate cost not monthly pay
Then switch to lease discussion

Get a broker, $300-500 worth a deal if you aren't a good negotiator. Might still be cheaper to use them.

If you can figure 920-925 month 36/10 with 4500 or less drive off at sign for a fully loaded X3mc (85k msrp or more I am guessing) that would be pretty darn good.
Again this is without seeing all the factors. Just a base line for a good deal.

That seems high, no? My dealer got down to around a grand with 8% tax without any drive off and basically no negotiation. $85k MSRP. That was very little off MSRP.

I won't lease this vehicle until I can get down to $850 a month with tax with very little drive off (<$1500). It will happen at some point as stock builds up.
