Current MF is .00123.
Jan residuals are:
54/55/56 for 15,12,10k. 7.5k was available for 57% and I went with that as I don't drive as much anymore. $750 loyalty is available.

Just signed the papers on my 2022 X3MC. 36 months, 10k miles $842.33 per month. I put down 5k, someone rate my deal--good or bad. MSRP was 84k and some change.

Sounds good to me
What was the actual cost after discounts?
What lease rate did you get?
Did you have a trade?

Eh, with $5k down it's possible. Not always smart to put that much down on a lease. $0 down is basically $140 more a month, so around $1k a month.

Still impossible. 5k down is basically taxes, fees and maybe 1st month on this car.

Crazy to think I'm paying $699 for my 20 comp, taxes and fees up front. I hate to be judgmental, but let these manufacturers bleed, stop buying cars!

It's not impossible at all. I've bought over 20 cars from this dealer in 25 years or so.

I'm getting pinged by my local BMW dealership to get into a new lease and trade in my current lease on my 2020 X3M comp. Lease expires next year in early 2023. Y'all think it's smart to just buy out the car at the end of the lease given the crazy used car market? I think my buyout is around $46K.

You'd have to pay tax on the buyout vs the trade, right?

Even in 2019-2020 $699 is a CRAZY good deal. Sure there was no trade involved?

Dude you must not be good at negotiating and paying a ton for what you have. My wife's X5M50I is $947 a month with $1500 down. My M3CS $1k a month with $437 down. Granted M3CS's had crazy deals but my MSRP was $116k. Deals are out there you just gotta find them

Good luck with finding same or close to these prices deals in 2022.. 3 years ago I leased a 75k X6 for $650 a month with 3k down. Same car is $1200 a month now at MSRP without any mark ups.

The X5M50I was leased 8 months ago. Yes, I know it's crazy but try a broker and be patient. I want an X6M competition but won't pay more than $1500 a month for it. I have one that's close to me that's marked up heavily. Been sitting there for 3 moths now. Eventually they all want to get rid of them

BMW is expected to raise their MF/rates 3-4 times this year. That's another $100 monthly. M allocations are very scarce too. There are more X5/X7s available now than any other models, which is strange, considering 2021 was the other way around.

Hard to believe.. M40is go for more than that.
Even in 2019-2020 $699 is a CRAZY good deal. Sure there was no trade involved?
Absolutely none, but I did stack incentives once I established a percentage off. At the time incentives alone were approx. $4,500.
