Wireless Charger

I took delivery on Friday and I also received the key card plus two keys and wireless pad but it does not charge. Why would they do that?

what does the pad look like?

if it symbol on the pad has the phone with the wi-fi signal coming out of its butt, its NFC only. if it's the same symbol with the battery in the middle, then it does both wireless charging as well as NFC.

Ohhh that makes sense. Just NFC then. I've been slummin it with idrive 5 in my M2. I'm not as sophisticated as you guys.

Took delivery 2 weeks ago. Week 20 built. Have the NFC with digital card. No wireless charger. Don't carry the FOB after setting up the app. Using only my iPhone now with remote start to operate it. Wish they added a remote trunk function to the app. It's great without a fob taking space in my pockets especially during summer time without jacket pockets.

I picked up my 2022 Toronto Red Metallic X4MC yesterday and I was able to verify that the wireless charger works (blue light lit) with my iPhone 13 Pro Max with a Unicorn Beetle Magsafe case. It also came with two key fobs and a digital key

Mine was built week 12 and unfortunately did not have NFC or wireless charger
