What is this hanging off of driver side front suspension??
Thanks for this forum. Helps greatly! After a good bike ride today, was biking back to the car and noticed something hanging by the driver side front suspension. Thought a stick got cought up in there.
Went to take a closer look and some metal pipe is hanging off. Anyone know what this is? Car drives fine and stops fine. No warning lights or lights on dash. It's a 2014 x3 35i. Has 65,200 miles. I only notice it on the driver side. Weird. |

More specifically, it's a broken level sensor. It's an input to your adaptive headlight system.
