I am negotiating lease for car 12k 36 months. 49830 negotiated to 48K. Loyalty -$750. Paying $784 monthly with $1000 at signing. MF .00163 and residual 27406.
Is this a good deal? Is this correct MF for January 2022? THX

Base MF is .00123, so your dealer is marking that up the maximum they are allowed by BMWFS. Not a good deal at all. Get them to come down to base MF and you'll have a decent deal.

The MF is relative as he is also getting a discount off MSRP. That markup over the term of the lease is about equivalent to the discount off sticker. In todays market I would say it is pretty close to the going rate in a lot of areas. Like you said on the MF, would try to get them to at least cut their markup in half (.0002). Good luck

That's not a good deal, even in this market. I'd follow what everyone else here is suggesting.
