I drastically overpaid to have my dealer install them during the break-in service, so couldn't tell you
They did mention that "partial removal of bumper" was required to change out the rears.. so not entirely sure what that entailed |

I watched my body shop pry out both rear reflectors in about 30 seconds. They pryed out from the inside (facing the license plate) out. No bumper removal necessary at all.

I think you do have to partially get in from behind the reflectors to get the rear ones out. The clips require you to pinch them in order to release them. That's why I haven't installed mine yet.

These look good, but...
With the rear reflectors being one of the very few remaining visual signifiers between the M and M40i, I plan to save the effort and cost and leave the OEMs in place |

I'd tend to agree, however since the M40i has the reflector in the bottom bumper horizontally, and the brightness of the reflector (front and rear) breaking up the depth of MBB, I'm thrilled with the unity that the gloss black replacements give on the M

My apologies in reviving an old thread….but has there been any videos/tips shared on how to replace the rear reflectors for the LCI G01?

I have Toronto Red Metallic reflector inserts from Ind Distribution also.
Note: this photo is before the KW V3 shocks were installed.
