'21 X3MC Battery/Charging Issue

I've had it for 6 months, 5k mi.. Dead battery the other morning...AAA came & did a battery analysis, bad cell was indicated. Jumped it & it started right up. It was 8am so I drove to the dealership. AAA forwarded to me, via email the analysis. Service mgr had no interest in looking at it, although I did tell him what it said. He took it right in & 20min later brought it back & said every thing was checked out good. I've had to jump it twice since then. Owned many BMWs & never had this experience. Very cautious since this happened shutting it off to ensure nothing is on. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

I'd be raising hell with the service manager.

park it on their lot wait for it to die then try to start it with them looking. Passive agressive ha. But really they can test it and know if its bad, if you are under warranty just goto a diff dealer and ask politely and say yours is a trash heap. I have 2 dealers in my area that are kinda meh with their ops.

Battery was replaced today under warranty.
