To add to this: Since I bought a replacement handle, not a cover-up, I attempted to properly replace the part but ultimately failed. I followed this dude:

to open the door up, then discovered a plethora of plastic welds instead of screws. I looked at this dude's video:

and concluded I didn't want to drill out that many welds and ordered the cover-up handle.
