Just went on Bmw usa, don’t think the 500 lease credit credit applies to X3m or X3m comp.

Thanks for the current lease rates post....my SA just said they are still having $1500 loyalty and will be the same as from order date. Not sure if that's just them honoring the original promotion or if that's a BMWNA standard practice on orders vehicles?

I am a new BMW customer so the only relationship I had with a dealership was my local dealership where I had taken a test drive. I was in contact with 4 dealers regarding an X3M Competition build. One additional dealer I messaged never got in touch. Was offered 1.5%, 2%, and 5% off MSRP from regional but not local dealers. Local dealer also offered 5% so I placed my order with them. Local dealer also offered 7% off MSRP on an in stock vehicle (not specced to my preferences so I passed).

How it works is that when you place the order they lock in your rate 60 days for the east coast and 90 days for west coast. So if you ordered with last months incentives you can use them, if this month is better you can use this months. However, you cannot mix and match one months incentives with another months incentives. I did the math and last month even though it had a higher money factor the 1500 loyalty offer makes it a better deal overall.

The $1500 comes from BMWNA and the MF Is from BMWFS...not sure why that would be an issue whatsoever...unless the sales center is just greedy asf and don't want to do their job of providing premium customer service

I meant mix and match different month programs. Eg August and September.

Patrick BMW in Chicago area told me straight up they add .00040 which = 1% to the money factor.

That adds over $2,000 in profit for them.
