OTS Maps are not meant to push the car to the max so you're only seeing 3% gain from STG1 to STG2 (Pump Gas) because there's a lot of variables when it comes to pump gas tuning (one day it will be good octane, next tank it can be lower than you think).

Also, look how the E30 maps have better gains than the Pump Gas because adding the extra cooling/octane from E85 makes it much safer and allows for extra power safer.

You can always get a Custom Tune and get all the power that your pump allows based on the logs (Tuner will be able to see whats allowed) via Bootmod3.
