Yes mine is flat but with two kids seats in i never really use the middle seat anyway.
Thanks

I thought the same thing when I first felt it. Aww, my car is hugging me.

My dealer then told me the build slot had been brought forward to WK22 (12-AUG-2019) but would come with M seatbelts as they knew of my requirement. Sure enough they were on the car.

This was for a European spec car, but as these all come form the same factory in SC I don’t think this would be any different for non-Europe cars. Unless they did a special build for me – which I doubt given the automated nature of the assembly line.

I had assumed this was a supply issue – but shame on BMW for not having these from day 1.

Our X3MC entered the Assembly Line on 31 Aug 2019, and we don't have the M belts, so I suspect this is simply another case of International models receiving low supply parts and not the NA models, much as we experienced with the G01 and the steering wheel issue.

As MrItaly indicated, this is exactly what our G01 X3M40i models have done so that isn't a change for the F97.

Wouldn't get your hopes up on that. Maybe if it's really important to a client and they have a great relationship with their Service Center/Dealership maybe they could swing something. I have no idea on cost and labor but doubt that will happen.

Yes, image shared, ando - and even though we have the basic seat belts we at least have our M-inspired DIY pillows.

I just received notice that my build is scheduled for production and in the standard features it lists the M Seat Belts.

Sweet! I just noticed it on my build sheet as well. Do you think we'll be getting that carbon brace thing also?
