Our X3MC entered the Assembly Line on 31 Aug 2019, and we don't have the M belts, so I suspect this is simply another case of International models receiving low supply parts and not the NA models, much as we experienced with the G01 and the steering wheel issue.

As MrItaly indicated, this is exactly what our G01 X3M40i models have done so that isn't a change for the F97.

Wouldn't get your hopes up on that. Maybe if it's really important to a client and they have a great relationship with their Service Center/Dealership maybe they could swing something. I have no idea on cost and labor but doubt that will happen.
