Windows 7 might still rule the roost where you come from my friend, but many people do not have access especially in the home environment where they are using windows 10, so they need a utility to format a 64gb drive to FAT32.

Yes, I agree you will need a utility if Win 10 is the only available OS. I'm relieved I was able to complete my upgrade in spite of the obstacles.

Windows 7 doesn’t let you do it either. Even if using format commands from the cli rather than the gui. I had to download an app called formatgui.

I think there are a bunch of free utilities out there. I'm sure U have on on one of my Windows 10 machines. I will dig up the name a put it here later.
