I'm driving it daily over 60 miles/day for work. It's not as bad as the video since that's indoor revving to redline.

My M4 'vert had Eisenmann catless down pipes and Fabspeed full system exhaust and that was loud.

I had an E92 M3 as a daily driver with an Eisenmann Race Exhaust coupled with an X-Pipe that removed the secondary cats. I ABSOLUTELY would love it, 200%.

I have a f80 m3 with straight akrapovic exhaust from turbo (no any cats) also daily driver, but x3m is another kind of car

I just removed OPF filter on my x3m and it's already on the limit, if i drive sport/sport plus on highway - it's already become boring in 30h of driving

Doesn't sound awful, but hard to make a turbo inline 6 sound great.

Something about a very loud exhaust on an suv just seems off to me though.

Anyone know if IND is doing any black Friday codes or deals? I'd really like to get those wheel spacers with a little discount.

They always have something going on. Not sure if it'll be in Spacers.

tbh, not really. but I really don't feel it being sluggish on low end as some people complain about cuz I am always driving: engine: sport plus and transmission: 2 or 3.

to me, the biggest culprit in the "lag" people talk about is when people drive with the transmission in level 1.

no and don't plan to

I think that sounds fairly impressive, which me to means that most of the sound restriction is coming from whatever that piece on the exhaust is that is before the muffler. I think it might be better to just have that piece taken out by a shop and leave the stock muffler. If you look at the tech doc and see how the exhaust flow is routed, similar to the F80, this muffler basically is bypassed in full open mode, so it would be nice to retain the ability to still pick how loud you want it.

All that being said, I think downpipes with the rest of the car being fully stock will wind up being what makes the most sense on this car.
