Windows don't roll down from driver's side

I can't roll down windows from the driver's side, but all of the passengers' side windows can roll down. Do I have to replace something in the driver's side door?

I had a similar concern with this unit on my 1st gen X3.
The master switch i thought was giving me problems. Come to find out while reincerting the connection I bent one of the prongs which made a non connection.
I straightened out the prong with the red sprayer extension tips.
