Ventilated Seats

Hi All

Just wondered if any of you guys have ventilated seats?

Seen it on US cars but didn't know it was an option on UK cars

Cheers Steven

I've got them too as an option for £100 it's a no brainer. Unfortunately BMW don't have it on the customer configurator but it's on the dealer version.

It's not jus the seat ventilation they bring it's also the active heating and active cooling feature that I like.

They are not air conditioned seats. Rather they pull the air a way front your butt. Think of them as a fart disperser.

Garage List
I use ventilated seats all the time, even in the winter. I may use heat right away and then put ventilation on the lowest setting to help the seats breathe. It’s more comfortable for me.

Are the ventilated seats comfortable ? Seen a bunch of complaints about the lack of a adjustable bolster or something ?

I wish I had them as noted for 100 quid it's a no brainer. The fact it's not on the configurator maybe means most cars don't have it. I'd much rather it over rear seat heating that the car has for eg

I tested mine the other day and was trying to track down a fan noise - turned out it was the seats

I will be curious how they do in the summer - but for the price, and my sweating in the heat, it was a no brainer.

I have them - they're not really impressive. I was hoping they would be much better. Still, for $350, I'd add them again if I had to.

I think they're great and only £100 in the UK. I use them with the heated seats to stop my back getting sticky but they keep me warm at the same time.

Also do an epic job of pumping new car smell back into the cabin!
